Established in 2015, this is the newest master program at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. For years, our faculty has been acknowledged as one of the leaders in the field of human resources in Romania. Now, we offer you a strategic vision on human resources, as well as the first human resource management program entirely taught in English.

The aim of the Master´s degree program is to offer qualifications and competences in Strategic HR management to master students on a European level. The study program has two thematic focuses: HR management in Europe – both in a European country-by-country comparison and in a global comparison between Europe and other regions (e.g. the U.S.); strategic HR management which is increasingly becoming more important for putting theory into practice.

Thereby, the curriculum ensures the achievement of the study program objectives: a science-based, practice-oriented education for HR management tasks at European and international level. Modules are subdivided into courses for a more thorough approach, the average number of weekly hours being the same as other full-time master programs.
