Mission:
The Human Resource Management Master’s Programme is designed to meet the need to train skills and acquire specialised knowledge in human resource management. The need to train specialists in the field of human resource management is accounted for by the demand from Romanian and foreign companies who acknowledged the need to hire highly trained specialists in order to face the challenges of the European and global labour market.
