The Master’s Programme in Project Management aims to build the skills and competencies required n the people who wish to get actively involved in all the stages of project elaboration: development, planning, implementation, assessment, auditing.
The motivation to specialise in project management is accounted for by the demand of Romanian and foreign companies, non-governmental organisations and public institutions who understood the need to acquire skills in order to face the challenges of the field.
The cross-disciplinary character of the programme allows access to all the jobs pertaining to the field of project management. Therefore, career opportunities are opened in various business sectors: industry, distribution, services, consultancy, research and development, education, public administration, non-governmental activities, etc.
The Master’s Programme in Project Management trains students for the following jobs: project manager, financial manager, technical manager, evaluator, auditor, consultant, etc.
Objectives:
• Train personal and professional skills needed in all processes involved in project management;
• Develop strategic and leadership skills in a local and global context;
• Train abilities for strategic approaches in designing, planning, assessing and implementing projects;
• Create effective communication skills at team and organisational level;
• Develop abilities to manage resources, irrespective of their nature;
• Take responsibility.
