The Programme “Human Resource Management and Development” offers an excellent specialisation within the field of HRM.

Its mission is to train professionals who want to build a career in human resources management, by acquiring advanced specialised knowledge, developing skills (knowing and understanding) and competencies (knowing and taking action) in HR-related activities.

General skills and competencies refer to the ability to grasp, understand and use the HRM concepts, tools and methods within a professional context.

Specialised skills and competencies aim to develop the students’ skills for: developing strategies in order to ensure, retain and develop human resources; analysing the employees’ development/ learning opportunities, as well as the working, health and safety conditions; elaborating/ managing training programs and career plans, HR diagnosis, etc.

In the Romanian Classification of Occupations (COR 2015) there are 24 higher education professions mentioned for Specialists in Human Resource and Personnel (group 242301 – 242324).
