Call for papers

Business Graduates Research Forum 2026 International Conference (7th edition) aims to increase master’s students’ involvement in scientific research, in order to improve their professional skills and open opportunities for pursuing doctoral studies.

Target audience:

• Master’s students enrolled in Management, Marketing, and Business Administration programs within the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration in Iași;

• Master’s students from other faculties/universities from Romania and abroad who present papers in the fields of Management, Marketing, and Business Administration;

Organizers: The Department of Management, Marketing and Business Administration within the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEAA), “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași

Date and location: May 15, 2026,Faculty of Economics and Business Administration in Iași, Building B / Online only for Section C

Registration will be based on an extended abstract (between 300–500 words), written in Romanian or English. The presentations will be delivered in Romanian or English.

The conference includes three sections:

  • Section A. Theoretical approaches in Management, Marketing and Business Administration – papers that analytically present reviews of the scientific literature (literature review) conducted to support a research project. This section will be held in an on-site format.
  • Section B.  Market research – papers presenting preliminary or final research results obtained after data collection and processing. Both individual and team research are accepted. This section will be held in an on-site format.
  • Section C. Practical approaches in Management, Marketing and Business Administration – ONLINE section – only for master’s students from other university centers in Romania and abroad who cannot present on site. Preliminary or final results of market research obtained after data collection and processing are expected for this section. Both individual and team papers are accepted.

Important dates for participants:

-Paper acceptance – participants will receive a confirmation email regarding the acceptance of their paper within 48 hours of abstract submission.

The author is encouraged to provide a brief description of the research within which the presented literature review is integrated, using between 300 and 500 words. It should be organized around four aspects, namely:

  • the context and premises of the study;
  • analysis and comparison of existing studies;
  • implications for the author’s own research;
  • conclusions.

The abstract should be formatted using Times New Roman, 12 pt, single spacing, justified alignment.

Paper presentation

All accepted papers will be presented (on-site only) during the conference. The presentation will include approximately 20 PPT slides, in which the four aspects outlined in the abstract will be developed.
